September 21-27th, 2025 at Utrecht, Netherlands, At European Microwave 2025, RF-Lambda unveiled its newest generation of rackmount solid-state power amplifier (SSPA) systems, delivering output power from 500 W to 2.5 kW with operating frequencies up to 40 GHz.

These advanced amplifier systems mark a major breakthrough in RF-Lambda's high-power product line, offering unmatched broadband capability, solid-state reliability, and smart system control within a compact rackmount form. The series is designed for EMC testing, defense systems, communication infrastructure, radar, and laboratory applications.

Each System Integrates:

  • Wideband operation up to 40 GHz
  • Integrated internal signal generator for fully autonomous testing
  • Smart monitoring and protection (over-current, temperature, VSWR)
  • Remote control interfaces (Ethernet, RS-232, GUI support)
  • High efficiency and modular scalability, enabling multi-kilowatt output in a single rackmount unit

RF-Lambda is the only supplier capable of delivering such high-power, high-frequency solid-state systems with this level of functional integration and performance. This achievement reinforces RF-Lambda's position as a global leader in broadband microwave and millimeter-wave power amplification.
